Michael Wood is an Educational Psychologist who helps struggling readers and spellers using synthetic phonics. He is the other co-founder of Get Reading Right.

Anne Ross is a Literacy Consultant who works with schools across the globe, training and implementing the Get Reading Right synthetic phonics programme.

Rachel Tabram is a Deputy Head, classroom teacher and author of Get Reading Right's Synthetic Phonics Toolkit and Power Pack. She uses synthetic phonics with her children day-in and day-out. 

Katherine Wood is the Managing Director and Publisher of the the Get Reading Right synthetic phonics programme.
