This website and our mobile application is run by Phonics Hero Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website and our mobile application. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website and our mobile application using just a keyboard

How we tested this website:

This website was last tested on 6th September 2019. The test was carried out by Phonics Hero Ltd.

We used this approach to decide on a sample of pages to test:

  • We tested all web pages using an automated testing tool. Each page was individually tested, the results recorded and accessibility issues which were found were fixed and tested again.
  • We tested PDF documents using the automated accessibility checker within Adobe Acrobat Pro and manually tested reading order and colour contrast.

We tested:

  • Our main website platform, available at www.phonicshero.com
  • Our mobile application on iOS (iPad) and Android (tablet).
